The team at Hugh Phillips Gower Butcher, headed up by our MD Catherine Butler, has scooped a handful of prizes at the Royal Welsh Winter Fair this year.
The company has taken a stand at the Fair, following the highly successful time we had at the Royal Welsh Show last summer. On offer are a complete range of home-made deli products and locally sourced meats from our butchers’ shop and, sister company, Deli Cymreig.
We took this opportunity to enter the very popular hamper competition which is run at the annual Winter Fair. We were delighted to win first prize for our charcuterie and Welsh breakfast hampers, second prize for our three-course Christmas dinner hamper and third prize for our Welsh meat hamper. This is the first time we have entered our hampers into a competition and, needless to say, we are thrilled with these results.
