Our oldest and most popular product has to be our traditional farmhouse faggots. Made with only the best ingredients from our locally sourced Carmarthenshire pigs. We select cuts from the liver, heart and fore quarter before mincing. We then mix with our most protected recipe and fresh onions before hand-scooping into trays ready for the oven. Next we add the traditional cawl fat to the top of the faggots which provides natural self basting. These faggots take only 45 minutes to cook providing a very tasty and convenient meal. A must try !!!
Packaging & Delivery
At Hugh Phillips Gower Butcher we take pride in providing you with cuts of meat that are in prime condition. Our current dispatch days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, so bear this in mind when ordering.
We deliver to the whole of the UK and Ireland on a 24 hour, next day basis.
All our produce is vacuum sealed and packaged in sustainable packaging from WoolCool, the natural alternative to polystyrene with greater insulation properties. Insulated using lambs wool, our packaging is far more environmentally friendly.
