Toulouse Style Sausages
Our version of a French Sausage. We have created a Welsh version using the Pork from Hugh Phillips Gower Butcher we have selected cuts from the fore quarter and trimmed to 80% visual lean before mincing through a coarse plate. We have then mixed in the Toulouse seasoning which is a mix of garlic and spice notes containing visual rubbed herbs of parsley and thyme and hand tie in natural hog casings. These are perfect for making a Sausage Cassoulet.
Packaging & Delivery
At Deli Cymreig we take pride in providing you with produce that is in prime condition. Our current dispatch days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, so bear this in mind when ordering.
We deliver to the whole of the UK and Ireland on a 24 hour, next day basis.
All our produce is vacuum sealed and packaged in sustainable packaging from WoolCool, the natural alternative to polystyrene with greater insulation properties. Insulated using lambs wool, our packaging is far more environmentally friendly.
