Fillet of Gower Salt Marsh Lamb is cut from the top of the leg. A perfect choice for the smaller family serving 2-4 people. Locally sourced from the Gower Salt Marshes, these lambs graze the Salt Marsh freely, giving them a distinctive flavour that comes from grazing on the samphire, sorrel, sea lavender and thrift. At Hugh Phillips we “Welsh Dress” our Fillets of Gower Salt Marsh Lamb to provide a joint which will self baste whilst roasting. Served on the bone for extra flavour this is a perfect choice for a Sunday Roast.
Packaging & Delivery
At Hugh Phillips Gower Butcher we take pride in providing you with cuts of meat that are in prime condition. Our current dispatch days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, so bear this in mind when ordering.
We deliver to the whole of the UK and Ireland on a 24 hour, next day basis.
All our produce is vacuum sealed and packaged in sustainable packaging from WoolCool, the natural alternative to polystyrene with greater insulation properties. Insulated using lambs wool, our packaging is far more environmentally friendly.
