Beef Sausages
Our Beef Sausages are a very sought after product, as sausages are traditionally made from pork. Our qualified butchers select cuts from the Fore Quarter of our traditionally matured grass fed Welsh Beef, trim to 80% visual lean before mincing. This is then mixed with our secret recipe which has been in the family for generations before being hand made into delicious lean meaty sausages. These will taste very different to the usual mass produced sausages you can buy. Perfect for frying, grilling and BBQs. Suitable for anyone following a low fat healthy lifestyle.
Packaging & Delivery
At Hugh Phillips Gower Butcher we take pride in providing you with cuts of meat that are in prime condition. Our current dispatch days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, so bear this in mind when ordering.
We deliver to the whole of the UK and Ireland on a 24 hour, next day basis.
All our produce is vacuum sealed and packaged in sustainable packaging from WoolCool, the natural alternative to polystyrene with greater insulation properties. Insulated using lambs wool, our packaging is far more environmentally friendly.
